What Are Your Core Values?
Happy Sunday to you all,
Do you know your core values?
If you don’t then think about what is extremely important to you and write them down.
Your core values define who you are and what you do.
How consistent are you at living by them and trying to discover why they aren’t consistent.
What you do with your career, personal life and relationships rely on your values.
Understanding your values is self awareness and getting to know your deeper true self.
Values can come from your upbringing and environment.
As you mature your core values can change and even discarded.
Examples of core values are curiosity, authenticity, and gratitude.
One of my core values is curiosity. This value is what drives me to read, learn, host and speak in Spaces. It allows me to be self critical, self aware, and personally grow. I work by a philosophy of curiosity.
Gratitude is a huge one too. Waking up I am grateful for. Having family and friends that rely on me and I rely on them something I am hugely grateful for.
Being authentic relates to being who you truly are and being the best version of yourself. Be a good person. Authenticity relates to your X account too. Your X account needs to have content which interests you. If you’re not interested in your content that will shine through to the reader.
Take time to think about your core values and then live by them.
I wish you the very best always ❤️
